No Charge 20 min Introduction Sessions are available for new clients
Booking Frequency Weekly or bi-weekly appointments are encouraged as this helps establish consistency. This is recommended but you are welcome to book at a frequency that fits your lifestyle.
Reschedule or Appointment Change Requests: Appointments can be made online but changes and reschedule requests are made via EMAIL at least 48h prior to your appointment. Please do not request changes via Voicemail.
