No Charge 20 min Introduction Sessions are available for new clients
Spring Calendar Weekdays and Weekends 8am- 1:30pm Thursdays 8:30pm-10:40pm
Summer Calendar 9am-2pm and 5pm-8pm
Fall/Winter Calendar 5pm-10:30pm
Booking Frequency Weekly or bi-weekly appointments are encouraged as this helps establish consistency. But you are welcome to book at a frequency that fits your lifestyle.
Reschedule or Appointment Change Requests: Appointments can be made online but changes and reschedule requests are made via EMAIL at least 48h prior to your appointment. Please do not request changes via Voicemail.
